Monday Cartoons aims to deliver exceptional quality and design. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging.

• You must have order receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact contact@mondaycartoons.com with your order number and details.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions, and a return shipping label.

• Once the item is in our possession, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the requirements of this policy.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we have inspected the returned item.

• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• If your item is not in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee or deny the refund.

Exchanges

• To exchange an item for a different size, please reach out to us at contact@mondaycartoons.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

• You may have to pay shipping charges depending on the course of action.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom made or final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

• We will note on the product page when an item cannot be returned or refunded.
